A little about me for those new. I live on the prairie in South Texas. It's wonderful to look out my cabin window and see the grasses blowing. It actually looks like ocean waves! All I need now is a Prairie Schooner!
Summer is in full swing, and Praise God for the rain. We received 3 inches yesterday thanks to Hurricane Alex. The grass is growing by leaps and bounds, so if I could just borrow a baler in the next few weeks, we will be in business! I'd love to get the coastal baled and stored in the barn for the winter. It would save an enormous amount of money on winter feed for the goats.
